This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer of NoelFrost. By downloading, installing, or using NoelFrost, you agree to all terms below. NoelFrost does not collect any facial information from users, and will never share personal data with third-party AI services.
Use of the app confirms your acceptance of this agreement and applicable laws.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.
Core features may include portrait upload, Christmas outfit generation, image saving, sharing, and history management. Additional premium features may be governed by a separate subscription agreement.
You are responsible for all uploaded and shared content through NoelFrost.
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and generated outputs. NoelFrost does not claim ownership of user content. Any limited processing is solely for app functionality and user-requested generation.
Images are stored locally on your device. We do not require account registration for core features and do not collect name, phone number, or similar identifiers for normal usage.
Paid features, if offered, are governed by this agreement and the subscription terms.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Access may be suspended or terminated for serious violations. You may end this agreement by uninstalling NoelFrost and deleting local content.
