Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement governs premium feature usage in NoelFrost. By purchasing or activating a subscription,
you agree to these terms. NoelFrost does not collect any facial information from users and
will never share personal data with third-party AI services.
1. Subscription Overview
Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features beyond free functionality.
- Possible premium items include ad-free use, higher-resolution generation, exclusive templates, and priority support.
- Plans are recurring according to duration shown in the app at purchase time.
- Displayed pricing and availability in-app are controlling at the time of activation.
2. Subscription Activation and Payment
Payments are processed through the App Store linked account.
- By starting payment, you authorize applicable charges and taxes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end.
- Manage or cancel subscription through your App Store account settings.
3. Subscription Duration and Cancellation
Your subscription starts after successful payment and continues for the selected period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After expiry, premium access ends and free features remain available.
- Refunds for partial periods are not provided unless required by law.
4. Premium Features and Usage Rights
Premium usage is personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable.
- No resale, sublicensing, or commercial distribution of paid feature outputs without authorization.
- Developer may improve, adjust, or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice when possible.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for content legality and rights of uploaded media.
- Only upload images you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or rights-violating content.
- Violations may lead to suspension or termination of premium access.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
Uploaded and generated images are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your image library
on remote servers for subscription features. NoelFrost does not collect facial information and
never shares personal data with third-party AI services.
7. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update this agreement and will post revised terms in-app with an updated date.
8. Termination
We may terminate subscription access for material breaches of this agreement.
- Unauthorized premium use, payment failures, or severe policy violations may trigger termination.
- Obligations that should survive termination (privacy, liabilities, responsibilities) remain effective.
9. Support
Subscription-related support is provided for premium feature issues.
10. General Terms
This agreement forms the complete understanding for subscriptions. If any provision is unenforceable,
remaining terms still apply.
By activating NoelFrost Subscription, you confirm acceptance of all terms above.
